Never settle for store bought Tartare sauce again with this very quick homemade version packed full of flavour and creaminess. Best of all there's no cooking, it's incredibly easy to make, simply mix all ingredients together and it's ready to go.

Ingredients :

1 cup whole egg mayonnaise

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

3 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickle

1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, season with salt and pepper then adjust lemon juice to taste.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
