Cooking on the Ozpig with a frypan is much the same method as cooking on the BBQ plate with the exception that it is more of a portable cooking surface, allowing you to move the pan from the heat as needed as well as having sides on the pan allowing you to cook more liquid dishes in the pan than you otherwise could on the BBQ plate. Heat is only necessary from the botom of the pan for frying and can be used with the heat bead basket or timber fire and also in conjunction with the heat diffuser. Once cooked the frypan can sit on the warming plate allowing the food to remain at serving temperature while the rest of the meal is prepared.
