Sometimes you just have to treat yourself. Treats don’t get much better than gooey rich Choc Molten Lava cakes. This is perfect for the Ozpig oven-smoker but also works in a camp oven.

Cooking Time: 12-13 minutes
100g meted butter
100g melted dark choc
150g brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
50g plain flour
- Mix together melted butter and chocolate and set aside to cool.
- Once cool beat in brown sugar and vanilla then add in 1 egg at a time beating between each egg. Finally mix in the flour.
- Divide mix between 5 or 6 greased ramekins (depends on size), half filled.
- Cook at 200c for 12-13 minutes. If using the smoker impart a little smoke from some apple wood. Remove and and let stand for a couple minutes before flipping upside down on a plate. Sprinkle with icing sugar and top with a dollop of whipped cream- serve immediately.
