Impress your fellow campers at 5 o’clock happy hour with this easy cheesy snack.

Cooking Style: Chargrill plate

Cooking time: 15-20 minutes

Brie cheese

Honey or Maple syrup

Rosemary Sprig

Crackers to serve

  1. Take a half dozen slices of prosciutto and lay in a wagon wheel pattern.
  2. Place a wheel of Brie cheese on top in the middle then fold the slices around the cheese. Add a slice on top to seal and wrap so the all cheese is covered. Place a Rosemary sprig on top.
  3. Bake on a cedar plank on the Ozpig grill (if you don’t have a cedar plank you could sit it on the heat diffuser on a piece of baking paper) at a lowish heat (coals only) for 15 -20 minutes until you can feel the cheese is melted when pushing on the sides and the prosciutto is browned. (Place a wok upside down over it to create an oven while it cooks).
  4. Drizzle with honey or a good quality maple syrup before serving with crackers.
